Let us assess your PMO against external standards and suggest improvements where necessary.

We can do this as an entirely external audit exercise or by complimenting your existing staff with one of our consultants.

If the second optioin is chosen then the consultant's time would be split between, temporarily taking over some of the tasks of your existing staff and assessing the PMO "from within".
By complimenting the PMO in this way you can ensure that your staff have the time to be engaged in the planning and execution of any necessary improvements and knowledge transfer.
