Maturity Assessment
We are happy to conduct Organisational PM Maturity Assessments for your company and keen to discuss any specific requirements with you. Our generic Maturity Assessment methodology is aligned with the PMI and uses our in-house tool called MAD v6 (MAD is our acronymn for Maturity Assessment Database) which is Microsoft Access based. MAD will give detailed maturity feedback categorised by the key PMI Knowledge Areas, Process Groups and Process Area.
Maturity Assessments are scalable, and can be performed at Company, BAU, Department or Team levels. Taking a Maturity baseline allows you to see the current state of your project, programme and portfolio planning and identify the key areas which need improving. Implementing change in these areas can deliver real value to an organisations bottom line by ensuring time, quality and cost targets are consistently achieved in project execution.
We roughly categorise organisational maturity into 3 levels, bronze, silver and gold. Training courses, support and consultancy services can then be aligned with a maturity assessment.
An assessment takes between 2 to 4 weeks and includes the formulation of a Target Maturity to enable "quick wins" to be identified as well as direct the change management plan.
