Methods
All training conducted by Executive Team Support will start with a Training Needs Analysis. This ensures that the content of the course is suitable. Training is delivered by professional trainers, who will utilise training manuals and exercises along with PowerPoint slides to ensure that long-term knowledge retention remains high. Wherever appropriate, a strong emphasis is placed on practical exercises. Optionally, competency assessment schemes are available from us, along with student certification and PDU points.
Blooms Taxonomy is the linchpin for the pyramid in our approach to training module design. It allows us to build a framework around our training that correctly teaches a topic to the correct depth, minimising the time required and maximising the benefit to delegates attending our courses.
